I ordered a pair of shoes as a gift, and the wrong shoes were sent. I returned them, and I was charged a return fee. I received a refund two months later. The shoes that they were supposed to send were out of stock by the time they filled out the paper work. I was not informed of this, and I never received an explanation. Also, the account section never worked when I used it.
