This movie is a huge character shift for Steve Carrell

I don't even remember seeing previews for this one. I probably just ignored them and went on with my life. I am not a huge fan of Steve Carrell-- before this movie. I don't watch The Office, I did not think that The 40 year old Virgin was the funniest thing ever. I have always been a leave it person when it comes to Mr. Carrell. This movie has changed my opinion of him. I felt like this really showed honestly how people struggle- with the crazy, offbeat family members, with raising kids by yourself after a spouse is gone, with trying to find someone new in your life.
