"The Blue Carpet Treatment" was released in 2006, and was quite a refreshing album release.  During a time when Snap Rap was on the rise, Snoop came with a Doggystyle-esque release that was very reminisicent of the ol' S N double O P.  This pro was a con as well.  While we all love Snoop Dogg's first album, it would be nice if the album's lyrical content had evolved from 1994.  Nevertheless, it's still a great album.  Lyrics are on point, and production was equally acceptable.  It would've been nice to have more Dr. Dre produced songs, but the other producers did well.  The most notable...
