After deciding to upgrade my phone and re-sign a new two year contract, my partner and I decided to buy the Lotus phone from Sprint. It was a great value, only $49 each pohone after mail in rebate. That is where the trouble began. I received a letter from Sprint 3 months after mailing the rebate, saying they cannot process one of my rebates because they need seperate, original receipts! How can you do that when you purchase them at the same time with the same debit card?
