I am on my 4th Eden Pure in a little over a year. I returned the other 3. What a piece of junk. Blows nice and warm for an hour. Then starts cool down mode and gets colder , until I shut it off by unplugging. Otherwise it would never stop blowing cold. It is JUNK. Not much help from customer service. I called and sent emails. I just wasted $400. I tell everyone that I know NOT to buy one. I 'm stuck. The warranty is off and they have every excuse possible not to honor it anyway , when I call. I took Paul Harvey's word for it and look what happened to him. Email me if you have the same concern ....
