this place is BS. i rented a car a few months ago w. an ex-bf. i didn't have time to return the car before i had to leave ny so i promised to take it for me. little did i know he was frnds w. a salesperson at avis and after he returned the car i rented, his frnd - STEVE - gave him a diff. car to drive which i didn't find about until a MONTH later when a bill for over $1000 came up on my credit card [we broke up by this time]. i tried arguing w. avis and even told them about their employee but they were very RUDE & UNHELPFUL. they told me it was my fault that i let my ex drive the car, completely... read full review »
