I completed my Master's online the University of Phoenix, and learned more than I ever imagined I would!  The courses we very difficult, and like every college experience, some of the professors were outstanding, and some should have retired long ago. 

Each class had an individual aspect -  essays, daily blog writing, term papers, etc but they also had team projects that required working with people you never met in a face to face situation. The teamwork that was required was annoying but beneficial.  Annoying because like real life, there were slackers on the team a they earned the same grade...
