Subway is a great place to go when you are on the run and need something quick and healthy. They currently have a selection of $5 footllongs which makes them pretty reasonable. Try their chicken sandwich-- toasted. That's my favorite. I especially like that I can choose Baked Lays chips instead of the regular chips as a side. They have a variety of breads to choose from and they custom make your sandwich for you.

 It's a better choice healthwise than Quiznos athough Quiznos makes very good sandwiches.
