Delta Airlines

Delta Airlines, not the friendly airline.

Once a year I travel to visit family. A few times I have tried Delta Airlines. What a mistake! It began by going to the ticket counter to check in my luggage. The person behind the desk was very unfriendly. At first I chalked it up to they must have been having a bad day. It happens. Well, it didn't end there. Next, I enter the airplane and take my seat. So far, so good. After we take off, I asked if I could get a pillow or blanket, sorry, none available. (It was told to me in a clipped, matter of fact voice) Guess she was having a bad day too. It has been over 60 days now and I still have not received the 250 points for MyPoints. I was told it may take up to two months. It is past that now. Most say it took 45 days. I am just wondering when the points are coming.
