This is my second West Bend Toaster oven, the first was borrowed by my daughter, never to be seen again. Amazing the things that got borrowed when she got her first apartment. In any case, this time I'm not letting it out of my sight.

                      I've found that i can really cook anything in it. It's great for broiling fish or making a small batch of muffins for packing in lunchs. I've made just about everything in it, brownies, homemade enchiladas, rolls, brownies, cakes, fish. Did I say brownies? Just wanted to be sure...
