I had the pleasure of visiting the Ponderosa restaurant when we went to Burlington VT this past week-end. I must say I hadn't eaten at a Ponderosa for over 20 years, but I seen through the window a buffet style, so though..what the heck! I took my mom out of r anice dinner. The service was exceptional! For those that have never eaten at a Ponderosa...or like me it has been YEARS, you pay up front for what you want. You have the option of adding the buffet to your meal for $3.00 more- and WELL worth it too!! I got the surf and turf special with the buffet.
