About, Vitacost........I have found, overall, shipments to be very slow in leaving the warehouse, and very poor customer service...despite repeated attempts on my part to communicate with these folks, leaving very specific requests to 'ship in stock items and delete out of stock items from my order'..time after time I get the standard generated response of 'backorder items'... this poor attention to the customer is frustrating and maddening...
