Magic Jack is a great little "phone" tool. You certainly can't beat the price. I really haven't had much trouble with it - the better your internet service, the better phone service you will get. I had it hooked up to a laptop with a wireless connection, and although it worked with the laptop and wireless, the internet connection was not all that great, so my service with Magic Jack wasn't always that great.
