Guy backs into my car, his trailor hitch hits my car and leaves a well sized dent in my bumber. He leaves the area, after i told him i need his insurance and driver's license so i called the police. The police gave me a case# which i presented to my insurance company, Progressive, and it takes them a month to reach a final decision. They decide to repair it, instead of replacing my bumper, telling me it will be in "like new" condition. how is that right? a guy hits my car, we both have insurance,... review »
