We had their insurance for a couple of years and it was adiquate, but what made us leave was when the penilized us for errors with the bank even when the bank wrote them a letter explaining the error was on their part. They would not make a correction to our account even then and we were financially penilized for a bank error. I hated to think what would have happe if we would have been in an accident of either our own or another's fault.
