Once you get used to the faster cooking time, it totally ROCKs!  It takes a little experimenting to gifure out whether you need/want to reduce the temperature or keep a closer eye on what you are doing and cut cooking time.

Great counter top model, cooks quickly and faster than I had any idea that it would.

It does get a little warm to the touch on the outside sometimes.
