This is one of the many books that I have read with regards to Autism. I am one that does not agree with the "Healing" factor that she portrays. I do have a child with Autism and am well aware of the "treatments" that are available, but they are not suitable for everyone. And please, it is "a child with Autism, not, an autistic child". The disease comes after the child, not the other way around. Just an example: You wouldn't say I have a cancerous child, you would say I have a child with cancer.
