We visited the college on an invite. It was summer and we were not allowed to see the dorms. This was a worry. I discretely asked a student in an office to rate the dorms for me. Some did not have air-conditioning. Students were not allowed to have their own - could get expelled. First two years you have to sign up for dining dollars.
