I got the Nikon D40 as a very generous gift after just mentioning that I'm interested in learning more about photography. Since then, I have learned to use some of its features but not all of them. It has been easy to use so far, and it has more options to use when I learn more about it. It would be nice if it had a digital viewfinder.
