         I haven't been really sick for more than twenty years but this year I neglected to get a flu shot and developed a serious strain of flu that had me flat on my back with no appetite and I was rapidily dehydrating. After I spent a few days in the hospital to be pumped full of fluids to help with the dehydration, I was still unable to eat. My doctor said that I needed to get some kind of nourishment into my body and he recommended Ensure Plus Protein.
