This is a great place if you want to fish lake ockeechobee and only fish lake ockeechobee.  The town offers little night life other than a handful of bars that attact local color.  It is a good choice if you a place to stay to experience all of south florida's major cities such West Palm Beach, Miami, Fort Myer's and Naples as it is right in the center of them all.  There is a nice public golf course as well. — Locals are friendly but keep mainly to themselves.  Gas prices in this town are expensive because of the rural location. —… read full review »
