Walmart Any Fish

Well unfortunately in a small town Wal-mart is the only place to get a fish if you want one. I bought a betta there and i've had him for around 4 -5 months. Hes been a pretty healthy fish but basically i bought him when i did because i felt sorry for him. I looked at him one weekend in his tiny little cup and debated on it, his water was pretty full and clean and he had some food. Well the next weekend i looked at him and he was swimming in about 2 inches of dirty water. So i figured if i didn't buy him he would be dead before someone else had the chance.
