AT&T

better than nothing

expecting good, fair service, dependent on my phone

For the area, I guess Cingular / AT&T is ok, but recently my "go-phone" (prepaid service) was stolen. I called the company and had NO problem putting the account on hold until a new phone could be purchased. The gentleman on the phone was very nice, very helpful, and very polite.

HOWEVER....once I purchased a new phone, the hassles started. The lady on the phone with me was very curt and snippy. She insisted that my number must be replaced. She insisted that I could not keep the same calling plan I originally had, and she also insisted that I had to make another payment that day to restore... review »
