I did like the fact that you can select different numbers and had no trouble for a few years.  Now my side of the bed keeps on going down.  My husband called and they sent him some caps to see if it was the bed or the pump.  It stayed up so it is the pump.  We found out our wonderful 20 year warranty is not a full warranty.  It is pro-rated after 2 years.  So please be aware of this.  I did not read the fine print and they lead us to believe that it was a true 20 year warranty.  It will cost us $160 to get a new pump. We are not going to buy this.  My husband had to take the bed completely...
