Proform Treadmills

I just wanted to let you all know that I purchased a proform treadmill two years ago with the intention on walking on it every day and I must say that I have been very good about it, not that I get on it every day but I try to at least five times a week for 2-4 miles at a time. I like the proform because the motor is quiet and it's easy to use, it tells me my distance, minutes walked calories burned and fat calories burned. I am very happy with it.
