It is good and I have been using this laptop for 2.5 years.

 I have never had to take it to the customer services. It always runs very well.

Furthermore, all of its configurations satisfy my requirement perfectly.

One tiny point is that it is a little bit too heavy to carry, esp. so for yound ladies.

 Generally speaking, it is a good purchase for me.
