I've been a loyal Discover card holder since the early 90s.  Since the economic crisis of the banking industry hit our country hard and some banks have failed the end user, the consumer has eventually seen what their financial institutions are made of.  Some of their banks or credit card companies have been bought out buy others and some have just gone under.  Some have changed fees, raised rates, changed policies, etc.  Well, Discover Platinum this past summer decided across the board to raise all of their customers rates to an effective rate of approximately 19+%.  I find this unfair. ...
