The name may sound like its a joke, but it's not, it works!

I tried this after someone mentioned it's amazing ability to clear diaper rashes without the stink of the diaper cream. I thought, it's worth a shot. What I found out was that this cream is amazing, it soothes and clears up the rash much faster than A&D or Desitin, and doesn't stink like those other ones either. I love this product, it is worth the extra money, and driving across town to a store that sells it, because so far out of all the diaper creams I've tried--this is the only one that has consistently worked for both of my boys.
