Chase - Perfectcard Mastercard

Chase mastercard, great to have around in case of an emergency.

The Chase MasterCard that I have comes with no annual fee. I try not to carry a balance as the interest rate is very high. I understand that when you are first establishing credit that you may have a high interest rate. But I have had this card for about 5 years now. I carried a balance for a few years. I paid all of my monthly payments on time. in fact I make sure to pay more than just the minimum payment. Chase has rewarded me by increasing my credit limit, however they have not decreased my interest rate.
