I liked this product because it's not rocket science. A couple of years ago a co-worker gave me a "neti pot" (a ceramic pot, that looks like the genie's lamp) & she told me that I had to warm water up at a certain temperature, then add a special salt & continue with the nose wash procedure. I followed all the insturctions & it was a mess! The water was too warm, there was too much salt at first, then the water spilled everywere - it was just horrible! I wasn't doing it right & it even made my sinuses worse, so I stopped doing it. A couple of years down the line, my doctor suggested the NeilMed...
