I always grab Subway sandwich while I am in a hurry. Very Tasty. Even though it is a take-out, I need feel guilty of putting fats and salts into my body. Even though I go easy on cheese and dressings, the taste is not compromised because of the veggies and lowfat measts , and the delicious health breads. Saving the left over sandwich in its original wrapper is also very easy. I am a huge eater, so I could eat a whole foot long all by myself, but for most people 1/2 foot is enough.
