Norwegian Cruise Line - Star

Absolutely the worst cruise experience I could imagine.

I can't fit every complaint I had about my cruise with NCL but there slogan "You're free to whatever" is a joke. It's more like the staff is free to whatever. Our room was at the end of the hall and all you hear all night is a toilet flushing sound over and over and over again and no one would change our room. The disembarkation took over 5 hours even after we stood in line to get a "time" to exit at 8 am we did not get off the ship until about 1 pm. The excursion we went on was a disaster, i was told it was an easy excursion but my family and I ended up injured and scared due to the staff's inefficiency.... read full review »
