I've ordered flowers at least twice from 1-800-Flowers, and can't say that I've had any problems with them. They have always delivered on time, to the extent that they can. By that, I mean that the flowers were brought by UPS (or whomever) on the right day, even if they were then left at the front door in the sun - that's a UPS (or whomever) problem, not a 1-800-Flowers problem, in my opinion. —  The flowers themselves have always pleased my wife, and she has had no trouble caring for them.
