I placed an order on Blair.com 12/8/2008. I called Blair.com on 12/19 -- 9 business days later because the on-line order status hadn't changed to ship yet. After several times not being able to get through I was told that the order had left their warehouse that day. Apparently she lied, I still hadn't recieved it today 12/23 so I called again. This time they told me there was a 'problem' in their warehouse and the order hadn't even shipped. I asked them to cancel the order, The service rep Joyce #4554 said she didn't have the authority to cancel. I was on hold for over an hour insisting...
