I would not recommend anyone having an account with ING DIRECT for they are the worst in customer service and say your money will grow by having an orange savings accout. The orange savings account was the first that I had with them and later added the electric orange which was their idea of a paperless checking account. The fact that I had one account with them not to mention another one was just a bad a idea from the beginning. I wished I had never opened an account with ING DIRECT. I now have what is called the investor checking with Charles Schwab which allows you to earn interest on your money... read full review »
