I reserved my car almost a month in advance of our trip and requested a smoking full size vehicle. When we got to the desk at the airport, they said they didn't have anything in full size available but we could get an SUV for only $9 more per day. I told them if I had wanted an SUV, I would have reserved one in my reservation. I also told them that I reserved it on Hotwire and they wouldn't let me make any changes so why could they?
