    I ordered 3 bouquets to be delivered to three different people for Mother's Day 2008.  The first bouquet arrived and I was told that the flowers were "not in the best shape".  The next day my second bouquet was delivered and I was told that the flowers were half dead and were delivered  by FedEx and that they definitely were not worth whatever I had paid for them.  I was extremely upset as they had been delivered to my mother.  I called customer service and the woman was very nice and apologetic and said that another bouquet would be delivered the following day.  They were.  This time they... review »
