I am deeply disapointed in the Bank of America credit Card. After numerous phone calls and letters that offered "too good to be true" loans and lines of credit, I decided to open a line of credit just in case I am in need of funds. I called, spoke to a representative that confirmed what I already had in writing, namely that the Interest rate on the line of credit will be %8.9. I completed the application.
