I always saw this in the store but it is very expensive, I got one of these after my son was born and he was a little bigger than average at birth 8 lbs 8 oz to be exact and he was delivered by c-section so this pillow helped to elevate him so I can feed him without him putting pressure on the incision.  I still use it now that he's 3 months to feed him and I put him in there so he can just relax.  Walmart has a cheaper version for $20 for those who are interested, the brand name is called George.
