I purchased an Intex round metal framed 48"x24'.  First, it's not an easy setup, lots of work!  The day after setup it collapsed because the feet on the metal poles are too small and therefore sunk into the ground.  Called Intex-horrible customer service, asked for a supervisor, stated they would call me back, never did.  Sent E-Mail, reply stated "we would not replace the parts because they were damaged due to set up on soft soil or loose soil, we warn against it in the manual. If you'd like replacement parts, I regret to inform you that you would have to purchase them.".  My soil is not...
