I purchase mines from HSN which made it more affordable with their flex payment options this.  This was several years ago and the models has greatly approve since with extended warranties and better belt sizes.   The constructions is so well made that I have not had any problems with my treadmill so I would have wasted money on a warranty.  I do like the "extras" like iFit (fitness assistant), and an adapter so I can play my ipod, incline up to 10, built in heart monitor and fan.  If I upgrade I will stay with the Perform brand but do so in lieu of an extend warranty. —… read full review »
