I booked a cruise/tour on this website and received no confirmation at all.
They had 2 days to just make a simple phone call to confirm my payment with the cruiseline and they did not. I had to call overseas as the phone number in the US is just a voicemail (and they never called me back). I spoke to 2 reps in the UK who promised it would be handled and they would call me back and I never got a response.
