I saw this movie after reading the book and being intrigued.  It's important to note that this is NOT one of those situations where they are the same!  The book is the retelling of an event that occured... the movie is about the authors life while he was writing the book - it is not about the event.  They go very well together, however I think one will get more out of the pair by reading the book first. — … read full review »
