I have been a Verizon Wireless customer for 10 years or more and have always been satisfied with the service and the Customer service. I recently decided to change my plan and had called Customer Service to ask some general questions before I made the change. The person i spoke with answered my questions & stated "you can go online to My Verizon at any time to make changes". I told her I knew that & I would use the online service to make my changes.
One of the questions I had was could I keep a certain feature on my phone for the $5 per month fee. The agent told me indeed I could. A few days later...
