L'Oreal Skin Genesis Serum - burning sensation

I am 35 and I have tried my fare share of anti-aging products, but never did I experience such an uncofrtable burning. After applying this serum my skin felt really dry and burning. I should have noticed that the main ingredients are alchohol and glycerin. If I am lucky I will not get pimples from this. Seems like a waste of money to me. when it comes to serums, so far I am the most impressed by Olay Regenerist, Borghese and Estee Lauder Idealist.
