Well I guess it's not the best place for me to go eat as I do not like ribs.  However, when I have gone in to eat at Famous Daves in Gilroy I order a salad. I might add that the salad is VERY good.  However I must say that each time I have gone to eat there the wait time is not very good, although I do have to say that the waitresses are great.  The last time I was there we waited over 45 minutes for our food and we were only a party of 4!!!! So although their food may be good (at least what I have eaten) their wait time is not.
