I use Safeway.com online shopping on a semi-regular basis. If I stop using it for a time, they will send me a coupon for free delivery. I then use it again. I also signed up for their newsletter email, which always has coupons for free items or dicounted delivery. I also recommend having your delivery during the week and not on the weekend. They tend to be out of stock on the weekend. I also recommend leaving notes for your "personal shopper" suggesting substitutions. That way if an item is out of stock you can still get something else.
