Geneva's Masters in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) program for the working adult is great.  You go to school one night a week from 6 - 10 pm and in about 22 months your program is complete.  The program is designed so that you complete your degree in a small cohort setting with no more than 10 -15 other students.  Books are delivered to your classroom before the beginning of the next class, which reduces the stress of trying to find all your books for the up coming class.  They offer class sites throughout the Pittsburgh Area.
