My daughter came home with a bad diaper rash which lasted for two months. I ended up using these diapers and they helped out a great deal. They helped to keep her dry and clean. I tried to use other kinds, but the rash came right back. I also loved the cut out for the umilical cord on the diapers. It took for ever for it to fall of my baby and it was nice not having to fold the diaper over like I had to do with other brands.
