I've had this unit for only a month, and it's a complete piece of crap!

First off, whatever you do, DO NOT order this from Sears!!!  The installation people were completely inept, and the service department is absolutely ridiculous.  When Sears installed it, they hooked up my machine and didn't even run a load to check it - they just said it was good to go and left.  As soon as I ran the first load, it vibrated my entire house!  It just about walked out of the laundry room!  I checked to see if the machine was level - it was completely off!  They didn't even level the machine!!  After...
